By default, Email Agent attachments follow the Zero Document Retention policy for temporary task files. If you want to follow up later, share results, or collaborate with colleagues, you can organize attachments into a Continua AI Project. Project storage makes follow-up questions and team collaboration easier, and requires a Team plan.

Do attachments count against my storage?
By default, Email Agent attachments follow the Zero Document Retention policy for temporary task files. If you choose to store them in a Continua AI Project, they remain available for follow-up questions, sharing, and collaboration. Project storage requires a Team plan.
Can I use an existing Project as a source?
Yes. Mention the exact Project name in the email body and Continua AI will use those documents alongside the new attachments.
How long does a response take?
Email investigations run asynchronously. Larger document collections and more complex questions take longer, and the cited response is delivered to your inbox.
Is the response also available in the app?
Yes. The same task appears in your Continua AI workspace, where you can review the complete result and continue the investigation.
