Can I try Continua before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. You can start with free tasks with no credit card required. Use a real file set, review the cited report, and upgrade when you need more recurring capacity or collaboration.
Does Continua retain uploaded documents?
Files attached directly to a normal investigation are temporary and deleted after the task completes. Files remain available only when you intentionally add them to a Project for repeated investigations.
Does Continua use customer data to train AI models?
No. Continua does not use customer documents, prompts, task data, or investigation settings to train AI models. Its AI providers are also not permitted to use customer data for model training.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal.
